В Мелекино появится первая в ДНР модульная база отдыха

Комплекс будет насчитывать 50 номеров для размещения отдыхающих, сообщили ДАН в пресс-службе Министерства молодежи, спорта и туризма ДНР.

База отдыха предназначена для круглогодичного использования, поэтому здесь планируется построить бассейн с подогревом. До конца этого года будут установлены модульные одноэтажные и двухэтажные здания. А в следующем году будет проведено благоустройство территории и завершены основные строительные работы. Сдача объекта запланирована на май 2025 года.

В ведомстве также сообщили, что стоимость проекта составляет 150 млн рублей. Половину стоимости проекта оплатит инвестор, вторую — покроет субсидия.

База отдыха строится в рамках национального проекта "Туризм и индустрия гостеприимства".
