В преддверии Нового года мы заселили первый дом на 80 квартир в рамках программы «Доступное арендное жилье в Дальневосточном федеральном округе».

Наша задача — предоставить специалистам комфортные условия для жизни и работы в регионе. В числе тех, кто получил квартиры в новом доме, — участники спецоперации, врачи, учителя, работники сферы спорта и другие.

В общей сложности в рамках программы нам предстоит заселить еще около 880 квартир.

Хочу еще раз пожелать новоселам благополучия и счастья в новых домах!

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
