Ясный язык делает текст понятнее более широкому кругу читателей. В нём используются простые слова и фразы, без специальных терминов и переносных значений.
Для «ясных рецептов» крайне важны фотографии с пошаговой инструкцией, именно их мы сегодня и снимаем. Первыми стали рецепты борща, шарлотки, шакшуки, салата с брынзой и ягодного морса. В сборник войдут разные по сложности рецепты и разных кухонь мира.
Проверять понятность и удобство наших рецептов мы будем вместе с подопечными проекта «Ясная квартира».
