اگر میزان عرضه در سطح جهانی کاهش یابد، تأمین آن برای ایران دشوارتر می‌شود؛ به‌ویژه اگر کشورهای صادرکننده مانند هند محدودیت‌هایی در صادرات اعمال کنند.
