Филе куриное Кабачок Яйцо Рисовая каша детская Сыр (необязательно, нужен совсем чуть-чуть)
Способ приготовления:
Натираю кусочек куриного филе на терке (замороженный), натираю кабачок - отжимаю почти полностью, добавляю яйцо - смешиваю. В получившуюся смесь кладу 2 столовые ложки детской рисовой каши, жду 5-6 минут когда каша набухнет, затем получившуюся массу переливаю в силиконовую форму для запекания и сверху посыпаю сыром. Отправляю в разогретую духовку на 15 минут при 180° градусах

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
