Сотрудниками полиции разыскивается 19-летний Дмитрий Шурыгин, который днем 1 января вышел из дома по ул. Воровского и до настоящего времени его местонахождение не известно.
Приметы: европейской внешности, на вид 18-19 лет, худощавого телосложения, рост около 165 сантиметров, светло-русые короткие волосы, карие глаза.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte.
