Практически вся сумма зарегистрирована в ЕРИР до 22 марта, когда вступил в силу пакет поправок, запрещающих распространение рекламы на информационных ресурсах иноагентов. После этого рекламу размещали только у трех блогеров с таким статусом на 27 тыс. руб.
Сейчас спрос на рекламу у иноагентов формируют компании с юрлицами, зарегистрированными не в России.
