Президент -- человек, который берет на себя огромную ответственность. Личность, принимающая судьбоносные решения. А статусы "отставленный, но не окончательно отпущенный", "почетная пенсия", "не так обидно" и прочее -- при всем уважении -- пусть приобретут другое наименование.
