Проголосовала бумажным бюллетенем в Северном Измайлове. У меня проблем не возникло, так как я знала порядок и сразу обратилась за бумажным бюллетенем (никаких заявок, естественно, заранее не подавала).

Однако на моих глазах развернулся спор о том, какой бюллетень "основной" - электронный или бумажный. Людей, которые не знали о том, что требовать бумажный бюллетень законно, сразу подвели голосовать электронно.

67- ФЗ четко определяет, что бумажный бюллетень является основным и отказать в его получении никто не имеет права.
