في الحقيقة ... ربما أكثر جماعة تشددت في هذه المسائل هم (الفقهاء والمذاهب الأربعة)! لدرجة أننا أحيانًا نضطر ونلفِّق ونقلِّد بعضَ الأقوال من هنا وهناك؛ خروجًا من هذا المأزق! ولو أردتَ -يا أخي- التأكدَ بنفسك من كلامي هذا فافتحْ كتابين فقهيَّين معتمدَين من كل مذهب من هذه المذاهب، وانظر ماذا استقرَّ عليه (القول المعتمد) عندهم في شأن: أ-المرأة الشابَّة. ب-المرأة الجميلة. ج-أو ذات الهيئة والمشتهاة) بالنسبة لهذه المسائل: 1-حكم ابتداء الرجلِ السلامَ عليها، وحكم ابتدائها هي السلامَ على الرجل؟ وحكم ردِّها عليه؟ والفرق بينهما؟ 2-حكم تعزية الرجلِ لها في مصيبتها، وحكم تعزيتها للرجل؟ والفرق بينهما؟ 3-حكم كشفها لوجهها بين الرجال في أزمنة الفتن والفساد؟ 4-حكم جلوسها بين الرجال في مجالس العلم والذِّكر. 5-حكم حضورها للجماعة في المسجد، ولصلاة العيد والمواسم وغيرها؟ .
