Средняя ставка по кредитам составит 27,5% годовых. _ А нельзя просто Логвиненко, Овчинникова, Новицкого, Петрову, Неярохину, Симков и прочих потрясти, чтобы они выплатили долги города за счёт своих прошлых коррупционных замутов? Как раз нужная сумма может набраться и в долги не надо будет влезать.
