"На улице Папанина 11 (там где СДЭК) таки придумали строить вторую очередь. Правда немного не такую как планировали 5 лет назад (последние два фото)."

Что-то подсказывает, что с парковочкой там будет не всё замечательно (хоть и пишут про 47 машиномест в общей сложности).
Да и арендаторов в последние годы всё сложнее привлечь.
Впрочем, поглядим, что получится в итоге.
