В кассационном порядке коллегия разрешила 247 дел. По 241 делу жалобы удовлетворили с отменой или изменением решений по делу.
Итого СКЭС рассматривает только 1,22% от общего числа "профильных" для нее обращений в ВС РФ. Если же СКЭС рассматривает дело, то она отменяет или изменяет решения по 97,57% рассматриваемых дел.
