Вчера приняли участие в круглом столе по проблемам семейных споров, при участии Уполномоченных по правам детей и их представителей по РФ и Москве, представителей ФССП, экспертов Минюста и Сербского, юристов и адвокатов, занимающихся семейными вопросами.
💬Обсудили текущие проблемы разрешения судебных споров в судебном и во внесудебном порядке, исполнения судебных решений, перспектив и возможностей обязательной медиации.
Вопросов назрело много, выделенного времени едва хватило. Но все спикеры успели выступить! Важно, что с проблемами, озвученными адвокатами, согласились и другие участники стола 🤝

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
