Ветер, помимо того, что ночью озорничал сильно, прицепил на ветках около мусорных баков чье то письмо.

Когда шел с детсада глаза зацепились на бумаге на ветке - таких бумаг сейчас не увидишь, советское качество☝🏼 Прошел мимо. Но потом вернулся обратно и взял листок - оказалось это чье то письмо.
1972 года? Цифру не разберешь. Ленинград, дефицит спортивных костюмов подсказывают что это 1972 г.

Сейчас мало кто так общается - писать ручкой письма на бумаге и отправлять почту. Ну кроме чиновников всех мастей, ЖКХ, юрлиц.

Кто-то выбросил письмо, оно вылетело из бака, провинциальный историк подобрал и сделал контент.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
