В рамках работы комиссии Московской городской Думы по образованию оно было организовано на площадке флагманского центра практической подготовки колледжей Москвы «Руднево», который в октябре 2024 года открыли Президент России Владимир Путин и Мэр Москвы Сергей Собянин.
Как сообщила заместитель руководителя Департамента образования и науки города Москвы Ирина Швец, два года назад Мэр Москвы поставил задачу пересмотреть подготовку кадров именно в среднем профессиональном образовании. И уже на сегодняшний день в городе выстроена инновационная модель подготовки кадров. Теперь 70% учебного времени занимает практическая подготовка, а раньше эти часы были посвящены теории.
Такой подход позволяет ребятам уже начиная с первого курса получать профессию, а на выпуске становиться настоящими профессионалами своего дела! ✊

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
