Расследование проводится по ч.1 ст.263 УК РФ (нарушение правил безопасности движения и эксплуатации воздушного транспорта). Следователи осмотрели места вылета самолета в аэропорту Сочи. Была изъята документация, назначены судебные экспертизы.

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
