Архангельская воспитательная колония включила в список взысканий выговор, полученный Егором 10.05.2023.
На основании какого закона они это сделали, не понятно. Т.к. согласно российскому законодательству срок действия данного выговора истёк (прошло больше года), и выговор считается погашенным. То есть не имеет никакой правовой ценности для суда. Вернее, не должен был иметь.
Но уж очень хотелось выставить Егора злостным нарушителем и перевести его во взрослую колонию.
