🎤Была на прекрасном концерте в центре "Московского долголетия" в Вешняках. Получилось очень душевно - песни, танцы, и, конечно же, общение. Посмотрели, как работает клуб настольных игр (осенью мы передали в центр несколько игр именно для этих целей), поговорили о злободневных вопросах района.

⭐️Подняли вопрос реконструкции кинотеатра "Энтузиаст" и установки звезды в парке. Территория парка подведомственна Департаменту культуры Москвы, так что направим коллегам обращение. Работы там не очень много, но это могло бы стать важным событием, особенно в преддверии 80летия Победы.

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
