Сокращение поставок было сосредоточено в западных портах России, где потоки за последние две недели снизились примерно на 25% по сравнению со средним уровнем октября. Ожидается, что ОПЕК+ в воскресенье в третий раз отложит свой план по началу возобновления темпов добычи.
