Только что Госдума приняла т.н. антиалкогольный закон в итоговом третьем чтении.
Теперь регионы будут принимать свои законы и точечно, аккуратно ограничивать чрезмерные продажи алкоголя и не только крепкого.
Я уже писал, что мы с коллегами П. Г. Ашихминым, А.А. Шарифулиным, М.Г. Козловым, А.М. Радомским и А.А. Болотниковым уже разработали законопроект ещё летом 2023, но его "разнесли" в пух и прах все кому ни лень, особенно бизнес.
Но вот теперь появилась "политическая воля" о которой я говорил здесь и до 1 октября 2024 года всё-таки придется принять, так как надо будет сдать анализ правоприменительной практики для федералов.
Ну или иначе быть нам всегда на первых местах по уровню употребления алкогольной продукции, что для такого богатого региона, мне кажется, стыдно.
Но при разработке и принятии норм никого нельзя обижать, даже особых любителей 🍸🍷🍾🥂🥃.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
