В Кишенёвке, разговаривая с местными жителями, Кожемяко уточнил размер помощи пострадавшим от тайфуна:
- по 10 тыс. тем, кто более двух суток находился на обесточенных территориях. - по 50 тыс. за повреждение имущества - по 100 тыс. и сертификат на покупку нового жилья, если дом будет признан непригодным. - на ремонт жилья из расчета 15 тыс. на кв. метр.

All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
