Начинаем 1 сентября 2022, к 2025 году объём выбросов должен сравняться с объёмом поглощения их лесом и морем, к 2028 году эксперимент должен завершиться успешно и его практика потихоньку пойдёт распространяться по территории РФ дальше.
Дабы не получить из Москвы пизды, чиновникам ПСО и прочим госслужащим будет рекомендовано несколько лет реже дышать и, скорее всего, запрещено пердеть за пределы себя. Мало ли че, Михалыч.
Поговорка "лучше перебздеть, чем недобздеть" теряет свою актуальность на островах по крайней мере на 6 лет.
Зачем вся херня? В будущем планируется, что у каждого региона будут свои квоты на выбросы в атмосферу, соответственно все кто будут забивать на этот показатель хуй — будут платить Москве дополнительные сборы "за говно в воздухе".
Что-то нам кажется, что платить в итоге будут все 😂.
