Он совершенно адекватно оценивает ее первостепенное, базисное значение для американской цивилизации. Мы всё над Байденом смеемся, ну или над удачливым застройщиком Трампом и прочими американскими чиновниками помельче. Нет-нет, там за первым рядом смешных и не очень клоунов стоят реально умные люди. Обама в первую очередь. И они не шутят. Они действительно считают нас дикарями. В их понимании только дикари могут похерить собственную литературу. И нам не до шуток в последнее время, правда ведь? Вот то-то и оно.
