Не хочется верить в фабулу обвинения (фальсификация проектной документации на строительство Красноярского метро), но и не верить невозможно. Сегодня Олег сам заключил сделку с правосудием (досудебное соглашение). Это означает, что он признаёт свою вину и намерен изобличить других людей, причастных с совершению преступлений.
При таких обстоятельствах - считаю решение Митволя единственно правильным: снять грех с души, чистосердечно во всем признаться и начать активно сотрудничать со следствием.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel.
