В Тобольске появится гостиничный комплекс возле Аптекарского сада. Об этом сообщили в Главном управлении строительства Тюменской области.
Инвестор Cosmos Hotel Group собирается возвести4-звездночный отель на ул. Красноармейская, д. 6а в Тобольске. Гостиница на 120 номеров и сопутствующая инфраструктура раскинутся на площади более 8,5 тыс. кв. метров.
Сдача в эксплуатацию объекта намечена на первый квартал 2026 года.

The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%.
