Глянув цей їхній "Бітлджус. Бітлджус" від Тіма Бертона й не бачу сенсу коментувати розважальний кіно-атракціон. Проте у фільмі є особливо гидотний момент.

Отож, всі ви, мабуть, помічали шаблонні прийомчики у фільмах, наприклад, коли персонаж приносить з магазину коричневий паперовий пакет, з якого стирчить багет і якась зелень. А коли режисеру конче потрібно зобразити інтеліґента з книжкою, то це точно буде "Злочин і кара" обісцяного антисеміта, українофоба і мракобіса Достоєвського. Вкрай рідко - це "Брати Карамазови" або "Ідіот", проте автор той же.

І якщо у серіалі "Ти" другий сезон небанально підв'язаний до філософії роману, а книга в кадрі символічно розпочинає та завершує сезон, то в "Бітлджусі" сцена з "Crime and Punishment" Достоєвського не несе жодного сенсу й не потрібна від слова зовсім. Проте персонажі захоплено діляться тим, що це їхній улюблений роман.

Третій рік російської агресії, від якої трусить світ. А Тім Бертон далі дрочить на русню разом з іншими цинічними вестернами.
