قد أذن الله تبارك وتعالى أن يُسجن نبي كريم، قد اجتباه الله واصطفاه واختاره، وأتم نعمته عليه وعلَّمه، وأعانه وأمدَّه، وصرف عنه السوء والفحشاء، وقال عز وجل عنه: {إنه من عبادنا المخلَصين}. يوسف الصِّدِّيق عليه الصلاة والسلام؛ حبسه قوم مشركون، اتهموه بتهمة شنيعة، ثم برَّأه الله. فهكذا أقدار الله لأصفيائه وأحبابه في دار الدنيا، وهم الصالحون المُعانون، المستعينون بالله حق الاستعانة، القائمون على حدود الله كلها. يحكم الله ما يريد، ويفعل الله ما يشاء.
وكثير من عباد الله المخلطين بين المعصية والطاعة، إذا أقام فريضةً واحدة، أو ظن أنه أصلح عملا واحدا، صلاته أو صيامه أو جهاده، أو بعض ذلك، أو جميع ذلك؛ رأى لنفسه حق نصره تعالى في الدنيا، وكرامته في الآخرة.
