Нижегородцы проголосовали «за» застройку Гребного канала Общественные слушания, касаемые изменений в генплан и Правила землепользования и застройки Нижнего Новгорода для строительства на набережной Гребного канала завершились. В них приняли участие более 1500 человек.
Заключение с результатами голосования опубликовано на сайте мэрии.
Напомним, что речь идет об участке напротив домов № 511–531 и № № 321–533 в районе слободы Подновье. Там планируется возвести многоквартирные дома, школу, детские сады, гостиницу, спорткомплекс и яхт-клуб.
«За» застройку Гребного было подано 8 коллективных заявок и их подписали порядка 1.5 тысячи человек. Еще 121 участник голосования высказался «против» инициативы.
