Ранее, в июле 2024 года, президент установил данную выплату для военнослужащих, которые заключат контракт на участие в СВО с августа по декабрь 2024 года. Теперь же её получат и сотрудники войск национальной гвардии Российской Федерации.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
