Как сообщила сегодня руководитель ведомства Светлана Радионова, Росприроднадзор провёл административное расследование, в ходе которого установил, что предприятие допускало сброс неочищенных стоков в реку Клязьму. Анализ проб показал многократные превышения ПДК нефтепродуктов, ионов аммония и железа в водоёме.
На основании предоставленных материалов дела Черёмушкинский районный суд признал привлечение к ответственности ООО «Энергетик» обоснованным. Но компания не оплатила ущерб размере 211 млн 172 тыс. 279 рублей добровольно. Поэтому Росприроднадзор решил взыскивать эту сумму с нарушителя в судебном порядке.
