Госдума 16 мая может принять в первом чтении законопроект, согласно которому регионы смогут сами принимать решениек о том, разрешать ли на их территориях эвтаназию бездомных собак, нападающих на людей.
Нововведение позволит регионам принимать свои законы, которые с учетом мнения местного населения будут определять судьбу безнадзорных собак, в том числе решать вопрос об их усыплении.
