Похоже, что история гениальной маркетинговой компании De Beers по созданию во многом искусственного спроса подходит к концу. В декабре De Beers капитулировал и объявил о снижении цен на 10-15% по всему спектру блестяшек. Это крайне редкое решение для квазимонополиста, обычно он предпочитал копить запасы до последнего, но не снижать цены (прямо как наши девелоперы). Но вот падение спроса в Китае такое, что пришлось.
Вот так вот, постепенно на смену одной ценности приходит другая (биток, ха-ха). Интересно, станет ли текущий цикл снижения цен лебединой песней для индустрии, или все таки переживут?
