Я продолжаю регулярно заниматься , в этом месяце не получается заниматься каждый день , тк у меня переодически стала болеть голова , в области веска , я думаю это из-за давления 🆘 кажется я старею 🔥
Но йога для меня спасение , не сойти с ума в декрете .Ведь йога не только про физическое здоровье , но и про внутреннее состояние ,для меня это было открытие 🩷Макар сейчас ооочень требует моего внимания , высасывает все силы и всю энергию .
