26 марта исполняется 40 дней со дня смерти Алексея Навального. Художники закончат работу над первым муралом памяти Алексея в Сан-Тельмо в воскресенье, 31 марта. Акция памяти состоится рядом с муралом, на пересечении улиц Brasil и Balcarce около парка Лесама.
Мы собираемся в 14:00. На акцию приглашены аргентинские и международные журналисты. Алексей Навальный боролся за нашу свободу и за демократию в России, и мы требуем, чтобы его убийцы были наказаны.
Приносите цветы и свечи — здесь их никто не будет убирать.

El 26 de marzo se cumplen 40 días desde el fallecimiento de Alexei Navalny. Los artistas finalizarán la obra del primer mural en memoria de Alexei en San Telmo el domingo 31 de marzo. El acto conmemorativo se llevará a cabo junto al mural, en la intersección de las calles Brasil y Balcarce, cerca del parque Lezama.
Nos encontraremos a las 14:00. Se invita a periodistas argentinos e internacionales al evento. Alexei Navalny luchó por nuestra libertad y por la democracia en Rusia, y exigimos que sus asesinos sean castigados.
Traigan flores y velas, aquí nadie las removerá.
¡No a la guerra! ¡Paz para Ucrania! ¡Libertad para Rusia!

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%.
