Всего на зданиях установлено 214 навесных модулей, их общая мощность составляет 46,7 кВт. Солнечные электростанции будут питать общие системы домов: приточно-вытяжную вентиляцию, индивидуальные тепловые пункты, слаботочные системы, освещение, дренажные насосы и насосы холодного водоснабжения.
