Zwiebel und Kartoffel schälen und würfeln. Radieschenblätter waschen. Zwiebel im Öl glasig dünsten. Kartoffeln und den gehackten Knoblauch hinzugeben und kurz mitdünsten. Mit der Gemüsebrühe ablöschen, Lorbeer hinzugeben und zugedeckt für 15-20 min köcheln lassen, bis die Kartoffeln weich sind. Lorbeerblatt herausnehmen Sahne unterrühren. Radieschenblätter dazu geben. Wenn die Blätter zusammengefallen sind, die Suppe pürieren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Chiliflocken abschmecken. Dazu passt ein kräftiges Brot, mit gehobelten Radieschen oder frischen Gemüsechips als Einlage.
