Забавский признан виновным в шпионаже, а именно в собирании и передаче по заданию иностранной разведки (СБУ) иных сведений для использования их против безопасности РФ.
Суд назначил наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 11 лет в ИК строгого режима.
