Уже в следующем году в регионе разработают новую программу расселения аварийного жилья, в которую попадут дома, признанные ветхими с 1 января 2017 года по 1 января 2022 года. Она будет действовать до 2027 года.
Аварийный фонд, попавший в программу, составляет 164 здания площадью 57,4 тыс. кв. м. Строительство новостроек начнется в Малой Вишере, в Любытине, а также в Парфинском районе.
