❓Հարց ունեմ իմ ալիքի հետևորդներին՝ Ի՞նչ եք կարծում ինչպես է ստացվում, որ բազմաթիվ միակողմանի զիջումներից, հանձնում ենք, որ պատերազմ չլինի հեքիաթներից հետո, այսօր ՀՀ իշխանությունները անթաքույց խոսում են պատերազմի վտանգի և այլ ռիսկերի մասին։ Այդ ամենն էլ ուղեկցվում է Ադրբեջանից եկող պատերազմի սպառնալիքներով։ Արդյոք պատահականություն է՞ սա, թե կազմակերպված հոգեբանական արշավ հայ հանրության դեմ։

For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
