Здесь установлены информационные стенды, новогодние фигуры и оборудован семейный каток. Весь маршрут украшен еловыми ветками и освещен яркой подсветкой. При этом декором активные горожане занимались вместе с главой Новодвинска Александром Чечулиным — хорошая практика, которую можно взять на вооружение и другим муниципалитетам.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
