Тем более, что ведение непрямых переговоров между Москвой и Киевом в Катаре о безопасности гражданских объектов критической инфраструктуры, "вбросы" о которых появились в западных СМИ, были опровергнуты официальным представителем МИД России Марией Захаровой.
