در جشنواره بین‌المللی «شومون سور لوآر» (Chaumont-sur-Loire) فرانسه، طرح ارائه‌شده از سوی دکتر مهدی خان‌سفید، عضو هیأت علمی دانشکدگان کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی و مهرداد شاهی، ستایش زندی‌بابائی و زهرا امینی‌فرد، دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد رشته مهندسی فضای سبز دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تهران، با معاصرسازی و بهره‌گیری از مفاهیم غنی ادبیات و فرهنگ ایران و عناصر باغ‌های تاریخی ایران، موفق به جلب نظر هیأت داوران و کسب عنوان برتر شد.
گفتنی است جشنواره بین‌المللی طراحی باغ «شومون سور لوآر» فرانسه، یکی از معتبرترین رویدادهای جهانی در زمینه طراحی باغ و منظر است که از سال ۱۹۹۲ برگزار می‌شود و هر ساله پذیرای بیش از پانصد و پنجاه هزار بازدیدکننده است.
