Теперь ряд депутатов обратились к руководителю Минстроя России ИрекуФайзуллину с предложением, что владельцев квартир надо обязать сообщать в МВД и управляющие компании о сдаче жилья внаем и нанимателях.
Депутаты считают, что это поможет повысить безопасность проживания в многоквартирных домах и защитить от недобросовестных арендодателей.
