«Уральские локомотивы» после инвестиций в развитие производства 44 миллиардов рублей смогут к 2028 году ежегодно выпускать 144 вагона высокоскоростных поездов и 150 вагонов электропоездов «Финист».
Как пишет «Ъ», «Уральские локомотивы» при производстве высокоскоростных поездов, кроме вновь построенных цехов, будут использоваться и существующие корпуса, в которых технологические цепочки изготовления будут синхронизированы с производством «Финистов», но с применением нового оборудования.
Всего до 2030 года завод «Уральские локомотивы» поставит для первой в России ВСМ Москва - Санкт-Петербург 43 восьмивагонных поезда. В составе из 8 вагонов планируется 454 пассажирских места: один вагон первого класса с 21 местом (15 сидячих мест, переговорная - 4 места, купе-сьют - 2 места), один вагон бизнес-класса - 68 мест, два вагона класса стандарт – 135 мест, четыре вагона класса комфорт – 230 мест.

On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
