Shannon McMinimee the Antifa lawyer and registered agent on the Puget Sound John Brown Gun Club nonprofit had her law license suspended by the Washington Supreme court on June 13th
McMinimee was a friend of antifa gunman Willem van Spronsen who was killed while trying to murder Tacoma police officers at the ICE facility in 2019
Washington State Bar Association was the requester for the suspension due to her stalling in providing information in lawsuits she's involved in and her avoiding depositions (2 depositions ended with her having a panic attack)

Somewhat related to McMinimee, who gave comment in the 2023 Seattle Times article about David Alan Capito
Plaintiffs from Patriot Front suing Capito got permission to serve him via newspaper due to his persistent dodging of service in the lawsuit relating to Computer Fraud & Abuse (Hacking) + privacy invasion allegations. Capito has 60 days from the 28th of April (this Friday) to make an appearance in the lawsuit.
Capito is no longer part of Puget Sound JBGC (he was booted for allegedly being a serial domestic abuser) so he likely does not have legal support, so it's likely he will not appear and a default judgement will be placed against him

Capito is represented by Lauren Regan of the CLDC. Regan adds a serial domestic abuser (according to other Antifa) to her list of violent extremists, arsonists, and criminals she has represented. Alissa Azar, Eric King, Alma Raven-Guido, and Amber Smith-Stewart being some of Regan's previous clients
