Имеет ученую степень доктора педагогических наук и ученое звание доцента. Автор более 80 научных работ. Свыше 25 лет посвятила сфере образования, занималась преподавательской и управленческой работой. Прошла профессиональный путь от ассистента кафедры до проректора по образовательной деятельности РГУ имени С.А. Есенина» — обосновывает свой выбор министерство.
