Так что платящий вы пользователь, не платящий — Notion все равно. Бан по IP.
Для выгрузки всего контента из Notion нужно зайти в Настройки, потом еще раз в Настройки (что? да!), потом найти Export Content. И выгрузить все до последней странички.
