На мой взгляд, рейтинг они выбрали неправильный. Сингапур это очевидно недемократическая страна, и политическое преследование оппонентов власти там широко распространено. Куда лучше бы подошел индекс режимов от V-Dем, в нем таких странных результатов почти нет.
