Нацбола Михаила Галяшкина оштрафовали на 30 тысяч за дискредитацию армии РФ
Сегодня в Тверском районном суде Москвы состоялось заседание по административному делу против члена политсовета Партии Лимонова Михаила Галяшкина. Напомним, причиной возбуждения дела стали 6 постов в телеграм-канале Михаила, в которых экспертиза усмотрела дискредитацию действий власти РФ, направленных на защиту страны.
Примечательно, что заседание продлилось меньше 10 минут. Причиной этого стал отказ судьи выслушивать аргументы защиты. "Не надо мне позицию защиты озвучивать" - прямая цитата из речи судьи в ходе заседания.
В результате суд вынес решение оштрафовать активиста на 30 тысяч рублей. Это минимальное наказание по данной статье.
С решением суда мы не согласны и будем обжаловать его в вышестоящих инстанциях.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
